Shipping

All orders are processed and ship during business days only. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for an order to ship after processing. Order processing takes 1 business day. All goods ship via USPS. Track your order here ( https://www.usps.com ) Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days. Please note these shipping days are an estimate. MOST orders ship faster than the days above. We do NOT offer express shipping. A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends! International orders can take up to 7- 10 business days to receive. We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped. 

 

 

-Refunds/Exchanges

1. We do not allow any return items only gift cards in exchange. 
2. Please email photo or video of your item you want to return or exchange to our email us within 30 days of receiving your order along with your reason for wanting to exchange your order. 
3. Once the email has been received, we will review the video/pictures and issue further instructions.
